    This place sucks!! Costumer service told me they have the meta glasses a was loooking for but when i got here they did not have them and made me waste my time , so disapinting .

    Today, I visited Best Buy to exchange an Apple product. There was only one person at the cash register, and two others customers in front of me. As I approached the front counter, I noticed three employees there. Despite the long wait of 30 minutes, I inquired about the employee’s assistance. He explained that everyone was occupied with their tasks. However, as I was leaving after visiting the Geek section, I noticed that the line had returned to four people, and the same employee was still there. I’m puzzled by this inconsistency. Best Buy should strive for better customer service.

    I originally showed up to the La Cantera bestbuy to purchase an openbox soundbar w/subwoofer I found after searching the bestbuy website. After making the more than 30minute commute from across town, I made my way to the speaker section of the store and asked an associate for help locating the item. He searched the inventory from his phone and said they didn’t have it. Then he searched on a nearby computer and said it was listed as them ACTUALLY having it. He returned from looking in the back saying that it must be at the discount store located at deZavala and I-10 and to go look there. He didn’t offer to make a call for me. So I went and looked around, and after not being able to find it, I decided to buy the speaker online which was still listed at LaCantera. After getting an email saying it was ready for pickup, I went and picked it up only to learn there was no box and no remote which were not notated in the description online prior to purchasing. I don’t think I’ll ever come back.

    Hay mucha más variedad de productos en target que aquí. Hace mucho que no encuentro algo que valga la pena visitar este tipo de tiendas. Entre Amazon o tiendas físicas como Walmart y Target se están quedando sin motivos para acudir ahí.
