  If you don't know, there's an IKEA inside this Best Buy! And although they showcase kitchens, you can have anything delivered to this store and pick it up when you schedule it. The location is perfect.

  I am so frustrated with my recent experience at Best Buy. I spent $2,000 on a brand-new iPhone and trusted their staff to recommend the best protection for such an expensive investment. They sold me a case and a screen protector, assuring me my phone would be safe. Unfortunately, both products were completely faulty. Despite having both the case and the protector on, the screen shattered after a minor incident. These products clearly did not do the one job they were designed for—protecting the screen. Now I am stuck with a broken $2,000 phone because the "protection" Best Buy sold me was useless. I expected much better quality from a major retailer. I would not recommend buying your accessories here if you actually want to keep your devices safe.

  Strange place with kids to "help" find what you are looking for. We wanted a speaker to connect to a phone. My friend doesn't know about connecting wifi so he asked questions. Kid said oh, it's so easy. Just go to your settings find wifi then connect it. Well, yes and no. First time trying might be kinda difficult for a 70 year old. Cashier was sweet. Bel was her name.

  The store manager Alex Flores took really great care of us. We had a bad experience with the website, and it had nothing to do with this store. But this store was closest to me so I went in to see if they could help. Alex went above and beyond my expectations of customer service and I will exclusively deal with this store for my electronic purchases going forward.

  I've had some very bad experiences at other best. Buys, but at this one, it seems like everybody that works here wants to help you in one way or another. I was being super picky about buying some headphones, and the guy said, I'm not that bad. Compared to other people. He's dealt with, but I still feel like he was just saying that to make me feel better. And that goes a long way as far as customer service goes cause. That means you're putting the customer before yourself. And that's what customer service is about. Thank you so much, best, buy
