Instead of offering helping we were literally followed by management and he showed zero care and concern when finally checking out. After spending 7k on Christmas gifts he barely acknowledges us and we still got ugly stares walking out. If it wasn’t for the gentlemen helping us actually order our items we would’ve gone to another location, or buy or electronics from an ENTIRELY different store. Extremely disappointed in the upper management staff at this particular location.

Victor at Alamo Ranch Best Buy was absolutely fantastic in figuring everything out! This was the third specialist I had look at this system and he was the only one who figured out what was going wrong (the chargers were shorting out my system) and figured out a way around it. I value the time and patience he took with not only figuring it all out, but with explaining it to me. He was great!
