Everyone was very helpful. The greeter called someone over to the smart watches, they came quickly and did an exchange right there at the counter. I also got a open box discount that took $130 off the sale price. Winning! Thanks folks!

Best buy is ok. Geek squad obviously works on commission. Tried to bring in my desktop that was still under warranty, and they wanted to charge me for a membership and to fix the thing. Totally crazy. Luckily the manager for Best Buy, Sergio, helped me out and was the best.

My experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing due to an employee coaching error and the store’s unwillingness to provide a reasonable resolution. I visited the store to purchase an iPhone and was clearly told by the employee assisting me that there would be a $45 restocking fee, but that I had 30 days to return the phone. Relying on this information, I completed the purchase. Unfortunately, the device did not have enough memory for my needs, so I returned to the store well within the 30-day window to return it. At that point, I was told that the device was not eligible for return and that it was outside of the 30-day policy—directly contradicting what I had been told at the time of purchase. I asked to speak with the manager, who acknowledged that the employee may have provided incorrect information, possibly due to being a seasonal employee. While the manager apologized, he stated that any resolution would need to come from the General Manager. The manager printed a copy of my receipt and assured me that the General Manager would contact me within two days. That timeframe has now passed, and I have not heard from Sergio, the General Manager, nor has any resolution been offered. I am extremely unhappy with how this situation has been handled. I acted in good faith based on the information provided by your employee, yet I am now being penalized for an internal training error with no follow-up or accountability from management.

I'm going to be completely honest when I say service was pretty trash. As someone in sales I expected more from best buy considering they want people to actually buy things? Fortunately I was approached by a young man after not being helped for about 10-20 minutes. He came from another section it looked like and that really made my experience better. I didn't get his name but he was a black gentleman and a bit younger. I was definitely in that store longer than I needed to be because I already knew what I was looking for but wasn't even looked at while staff just talked to each other. They should be addressing everyone even if they have been helped already. This would of been 1 star if it wasn't for the man who helped me. Not to mention all the Ipads plus the pens which is what I was looking for were not charged and prepared in advanced for demos. I was looking for an ipad in particular and they weren't even ready for me to try which made my visit 10x more frustrating. Was dead about to walk out and take my business elsewhere
