I buy pokemon here sometimes, even when i go for other supplys like sleeves or team bags and ask about that stuff theyre pretty much confused and dont even try to find the product. (They have ALL the card stuff behind the counter now) So they offer me whatever pokemon product they have available even though i didnt ask for pokemon.... i give up, and then i go home... and when i try and do sku orders they tell me theyre limits on sleeved boosters that arent even pokemon. They hate nerds i guess...

- JTJennifer TrevinoDec 27, 20251.0Worst customer service ever. My battery was not keeping charge I have a iPhone 13 and was advised I need a new battery due to life is less than 70%. Made an appointment got there signed the release. The tech came out didn’t even take it to the back opened it and said that it had water damaged and stated the water mark was red. The phone has never been exposed to water always been in a water proof case no damage whatsoever. Advised I needed a new phone. I walked over to AT&T they checked my account and found out that it is still covered under warranty filed a claim. Took the same phone right down the street to UBreakIFix and they replaced the battery with no issues. I asked before I left after the work was done if they saw any indicators of water damage and he advised no this iPhone is in perfect condition. Best Buy Geek Squad clearly did not want to work on an older iPhone. They just wanted to push a sell for a new iPhone that was not even needed.

He asked questions about our needs, recommended us the best modem (to play fortnight) and showed us other options, asked a second opinion to a workmate and even spoke to my husband. He went above and beyond. We were amazed with the great quality of his work. He made us feel good about buying. My son told me: “he made me feel like buying more things and getting the BB card” 😂 the modem worked perfectly at home!
