Brenna is awesome she helped me with my headphones last week and helped me with my food processor tonight. Got a door buster deal $120 off a ninja BL770 for only $99….. quite honestly it’s the only way I can shop here…. she accommodates and protects me from their horrible loss prevention ppl, great attitude I appreciate her….. anyone else I’m not sure if they would be as helpful or understanding

These guys make me want to leave the store the way they think you are stealing little kid with curly spongy hair red or something kept popping up as if he was gonna catch me stealing it was so annoying but help no definitely not there to ask questions or answer them. I have always had a disdain for Best Buy and their racial profiling

Staff was reasonably knowledgeable, when I told him what I wanted and he immediately went into the system to identify the items they had in stock that met my requirements. Efficient and friendly. Didnt try to upsale me, provided me with what I was looking for, while
Process was fast. Good job to him.

I’m beyond frustrated. I bought what was supposed to be a brand new laptop from Best Buy, only to discover the battery is defective. It barely holds a charge for 20 minutes, and when I brought it back, the “solution” was for me to spend more money, either on a replacement battery or on their Geek Squad service.
So let me get this straight: Best Buy sells me a faulty product, and then wants me to pay them again to make it right? That’s not customer service; that’s a scam with a smile.
I expected better from a major retailer. Instead, I’m left with a lemon of a laptop and a lighter wallet. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid Best Buy. They’re quick to take your cash, but when something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
