  Severe lack of communication. Came in to get my iPad password reset / access to it. Forgot the passcode. They said sure let’s get that passcode reset. Boom. Wiped the entire iPad of info. Costing me $$$ in sensitive & important documents I had only on that unit. If they would have communicated they needed to wipe the iPad to reset the passcode I would not have agreed. I got a lousy sorry excuse and offered “ a free accessory if I purchased a new phone “ so a 100$ item after I give you 1500$ while you costed me 6 figures in lost information, sensitive documents, and irreplaceable photos . What a joke. I’ll be filing this with my insurance and lawyer for compensation from Apple.

  Just wanted to write a short but sweet review, I give thanks to Carlos at the front of the store today. He was very attentive, well spoken and ended up solving my phone issue in less than a minute! Thank you Carlos!

  Very sad and dissapointed by their products and (phone service) BOTH. The Macnook pro came uneven so it shifts everytime i a put my hands on it. As a man without much time i didnt meet their "15v day Warrenty" witin the first month apps where failing, The mouse would malfunction. SIMPLE things like the freaking bluetooth and wifi for godsakes... THey just wouldnt work unless i called. Mind you im a tech and troubleshoot myself before calling. These products where great in 2009 but now theyre just a logo.

  Servicio bien feo la verdad yo no lo recomiendo para nada tuvimos una cita a las 2 de la tarde y nada más hicieron espera primero llegó una persona a ayudar, pero no ayudó en nada. Nos dejó ahí nada más por ir a atenderá otra persona prácticamente para irse a platicar, y después llegó otro y hizo lo mismo. Nada más nos dejó allí y no dijo nada de que en un momento regreso hasta el final que una muchacha nos ayudó, se llama Mía ella rápido nos ayudó con lo que ocupábamos, pero de ahí en más todos los demás empleados pésimo servicio
