Very sad and dissapointed by their products and (phone service) BOTH. The Macnook pro came uneven so it shifts everytime i a put my hands on it. As a man without much time i didnt meet their "15v day Warrenty" witin the first month apps where failing, The mouse would malfunction. SIMPLE things like the freaking bluetooth and wifi for godsakes... THey just wouldnt work unless i called. Mind you im a tech and troubleshoot myself before calling. These products where great in 2009 but now theyre just a logo.

I needed help to reset my iCloud account password, and none of them could do anything. First I called the apple support, the whole time she could not help me and ended my session with the apple system went down as the reason for unable to help me reset my password. Then I made appointment and went to Apple Store at this location. Not only that they could not help me reset my iCloud account password, they even tried to scam me by asking my iPad Pro serial number. Instead of focus on the main problem (reset password), they tried to manipulated me to believe that for me to be able to reset my iCloud account password, I need to unlock my iPad Pro. But funny enough, the whole time my iPad Pro was unlocked, I could unlock my iPad Pro with either face recognition or with passcode. I don’t need them to show me how to unlock my iPad Pro. And they tried to say that I came here not because of password for my iCloud account, but I was here to ask them to help me unlock the iPad. Then I realized the whole time they entered a complete different email address even though I already provided them my email address; I even spelled out for them multiple time, and they still put in random email address. Then, after realized that they could not manipulated me, they tried to get my iPad Pro serial number, and one of them even tried to get my serial number by saying that they needed it to make appointment for me in the store. They said that all the old iPhones would not upgrade to the new software since it is old. Can you believe that they said that to me?

Amazing experience with Rafael today. He was knowledgeable, professional, and presented all our options before we made a decision. Service was seamless and straightforward. Same day fix which was awesome. He spotted us when we came back for pick up and made sure we didn’t have to wait in line - he came to us and closed out the ticket. Wonderful service!

I had an appointment for my iPad, and after checking in, they kept me waiting for about 30 minutes until an older woman finally arrived. To get my attention, she tapped her fingers on the table which was extremely rude.
After that, I told her that the iPad was bootlooping and wouldn't start, since after taking it to Best Buy they told me it was a software error and needed to be restored by Apple. After I told her that, she started trying to do the same thing I had done, even though I told her it wouldn't work, but she didn't believe me. After that, when she started the process of trying to reinstall it with a cable (something I had tried a thousand times), she left, saying she was going to do something else for a moment. I told her no, because I knew it would fail at 0% and the process would be canceled, but she ignored me and left anyway. The moment she left, the process was canceled, so I had to wait another five minutes while she came back. When she came back, I told her I knew that was going to happen, and she still didn't do any diagnosis or anything. Then, after that, she went to ask another employee, and when they saw that it was slightly bent, she told me there was nothing that could be done, that it was completely obsolete, and that I had to buy a new one. After that, I asked if there were any options, and she told me that the iPad was worthless in its condition and that the only option was to buy a new one.
After that, I went back to Apple a month later, and this time they replaced the iPad for free and without any problems with a different person helping me. Overall, the service is terrible, and they almost made me spend another $300 for no reason. The iPad was only two months old when I went, and the woman was extremely rude and almost made me waste $300.
I don't know if she was angry that I knew more about it than she did, but I hope they hire service staff who actually know about their products and are friendly. My case ID was 102765458223
