When you get there, the place is packed with a long wait for repairs because "I got there late and they opened at 9am" I called yesterday to confirm and they said they opened at 9am. Here now and they told me they open at 10 and to wait in the cold
- DCD CJan 3, 20262.0Visited La Cantera Friday, 1/2/26 - I gave them 2 stars for Customer Service because of Brianna (that was her name on her name badge). Went in to buy Macbook Pro. She was waiting on a man before us. We waited while she went to get the man an extra bag so he could double bag his purchase (it did not work-wasted a bag). When she was finished with him she never looked at us or acknowledged our presence. She exchanged pleasantries with the man she was waiting on and told him she was going on her break never saying a word to us. She turned her back on us and left. She should have said to us "I am going on my break right now and I will try to find someone who can help you." Someone needs to teach or instruct this employee on customer service and just plain good manners. What is wrong with this Brianna? She acted like she did not need our business. She had an air of self-importance and should not be in a job of serving customers. If at all possible will try to go to a different store next time.

Unfortunately, I had to change my form of payment AFTER I bought the new phone. Gus was quick to help and got me all of the information I needed along with a specialist to help me change my payment. Joe was quick to apply my screen protector and Marla, the specialist, was super kind and helpful. I’m really glad I chose to come into this store instead of purchasing through a carrier or online. Thank you Gus for the best customer service.
