  I hate working near this office. The staff feel that it is a night club and turn up their music so loud i can't focus on doing my work. The management and staff turnover is so often that by the time they are asked to consider others around them they have hired someone new that wasn't trained correctly. They turn the phones off or ignore calls coming in to ask for some human decency. I wouldn't guess that they are very good at customer service given the way they act around others. You forgot to put something in your response about we will train our staff to be considerate of others... I would not do business with someone just copying the same response to all complaints with no response to what they plan to do to correct the issue.

  Angel Aguilar is a excellent sales representative. Cricket keep hiring people as wonderful as Angel & you'll definitely benefit from it! He was very patient with myself and my 11 yr old sons questions! Has a lot of knowledge of all the products they sale! Store was very well maintained! We definitely will be coming here from now on.
