  My husband’s phone broke so we took his previous phone to switch the SIM cards so we could have it before work in the morning. We walked in at 8:20PM they audibly told us how upset they were that we were there even though they close at 9PM. At first refused to help us, then when my husband tried to explain further how we brought our own phone and SIM card said she couldn’t do it and tried to upsell us on new phone? Said our phone was locked but it was a previous phone we had with cricket. After apologizing and feeling like we were in the wrong she finally tried “realized” she couldn’t help us. Pressed a few buttons then charged us $12.00 it’s Sunday so I will also be complaining tomorrow morning as well.
