  This lady told my son he could get a SIM card for his new phone because the new phone is only eSIM. After I called another store and asked if I could get a SIM card for the model my son got she said it can be don’t for an extra $10 and when I told her about it she said oh well you can get a SIM but it will cost an additional $10. Worst customer service and to think, I was going to switch all 4 lines to Cricket. Not now, not with her.

  I called and spoke to Stephanie who was extremely rude and condescending from the beginning of the call. I called to inquire about purchasing an iPhone and adding another line to my plan. She clearly hates her job and needs to find a new line of work since she doesn’t like answering general questions during business hours! Stephanie hung up on me not once, not twice but 3 times! I asked to speak to a manager and she said “Stop asking that” and hung up again. Based on the reviews, she seems to have the same poor attitude with the majority of customers. You will continue losing business having this type of miserable person answering your phones. Terrible service do NOT go here or even call this location because Stephanie hates her job and will be in a bad mood and take it out on whoever crosses her path.

  EVERY TIME that I come into this place I have the worst experience . The lady that works here has to be the rudest person in the world. She was over there correcting my language. Girl get a life. The store manager needs to come into this store and check on their employees.

  Jaime took care of transferring my husband’s phone plan from a different provider to Cricket. He was great! Super friendly and helpful.
