  Woman who worked yesterday was defensive (she had a glass eye). We went in to activate my mom’s phone and somehow my phone ended up needing to be reactivated too. I said this to the woman and she looked at me like I was crazy and decided I was just lying and being difficult, which she later told me when I confronted her when things cooled down. She said verbatim, “Do you always have to be so rude?” “The way you say things is so rude.” Keep in mind, at this point I was only making jokes about the phones being weird, not blaming her, and asking questions when I didn’t understand what was happening. Every time I asked a question she got defensive and was rude to me. I was a customer who asked for clarity, and then was responded with hostility. The level of defensiveness was completely uncalled for and I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s actually mentally ill. The one star is only because she did fix whatever problems with the phones came up, despite us almost leaving because she was difficult to talk to and took everything I said as an offense to her.

  Debbie was amazing. There were a lot of customers at one moment and she did amazing making sure all of us felt like we were all being taken care of and acknowledged. Very professional and would definitely be going back to this location for my future needs.

  CRICKET DOESNT TELL YOU THEY LOCK YOU INTO 6 MONTH CONTRACT. You can't go to any other service provider for 6 months. Never EVER use Cricket!!!

  The girl working the store was helping us all with a smile, great attitude and professional customer service, even though she was by herself and it was almost closing time.
