  Worst service Never again. I wanted a quick second phone and didnt go to tmobile were I have the rest of my lines because I just wanted it for 2 months but going all the hassle I had to in this store not worth it. I had phone that I was going to use for this line. The phone was not locked and when it didnt work they would not give me my money back. I was at the store literally like 2 hours 30 minutes because they couldn’t help the customer before which should of been a sign for me. They claimed a manager would reach out to me to see how we can resolve it never did. Had to call corporate and my credit card company to resolve it. Dont go to cricket no one knows anything , no customer service.

  We have always received great service at the 281 location but went in today and the big eyelash girl was distracted with her phone and even received a phone call while we were inquiring about our account. Not sure if her being distracted w her phone or if she didn’t really know her job was the problem. Now have the inconvenience of going to another location.

  Muy mal servicio en verdad. Fuimos por un teléfono para mí y por el Contrato que tiene mi esposo nos dieron un Motorola "gratis". El teléfono empezó a prenderse y apagarse continuamente al mes y medio más o menos. Fuimos a esta tienda en la cual nos lo dieron preguntando por "garantía" y la empleada nos dijo que no tenía garantía, que fueramos a Dr. Phone, porque ella no podía hacer nada al respecto. Fuimos a Dr. Phone y le cambiaron el botón de encendido. A la semana volvió a presentar el mismo problema, y dejó de funcionar. Llamé a Servicio al Cliente de Cricket por otro asunto y comentando con la persona que me atendió sobre el problema del teléfono, me dijo que sí tenía garantía de un año, me pasa a la extensión de garantía y me dicen que no. Que cuando llevé el teléfono a Dr. Phone se perdió la garantía en automático. Deberían ponerse de acuerdo en sus políticas. Porque parece un servicio deshonesto y deficiente.

  Love the customer service, and the affordability. I don't see me leaving cricket as long as they keep growing.
