- NGNancy GarciaAug 18, 20221.0I went to this particular store because I had been there previously to buy my last phone. At that time the people there were awesome helpful knowledgeable and friendly. However this particular day there was one girl there and no customers in the store. I walked in and she was standing behind the counter I proceeded to tell her that I needed to replace my phone because it was acting up.When I walked over to the phone displays she came from around the counter I asked her for her opinion on phones and she proceeded to tell me that she only really knew about iPhones. So no knowledge on the product you're actually selling. I then asked her what she thought about Samsung and her only remark was that it was $699 but she didn't have one on display to show me. I asked her about the other phones none of which were plugged in or even charged enough to turn on so I'm supposed to buy a phone that I can't even see how it works you know nothing about any of the phones. Ok thanks!! Needless to say I left the store and took my business to a cricket further down the highway where they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
