  I am so unhappy and upset!!! SUCH A GREAT RIP OFF!!! AS of today I am still within my seven days that I switched over from another carrier to cricket. I came in wanting to switch and have my number ported over. I was looking at the phones and was comparing them to the current phone I have and while asking questions I was informed and advised to keep my phone and have it unlocked rather than get a free phone. So today I came to have another number ported and was advised I was given wrong information from Alexander. I called this store back to see if they could give me the free phone I was supposed to get bc I switched phone carriers which made me a new customer and to bring over my other number and was told NO. So I paid 97.06 just to Port my number and first month service. Yet as a new customer I was not given my free phone and was told the better option was to keep my old phone and allow him to unlock it. Feeling ripped off by this store and the owner who said no!!! As if I wanted something I was not entitled to as a new customer that switched from one to the other. This concerns me because I just walked out of another cricket store ported over my number and walked out with a new phone same number and only paid 50... How is that so? Update the owner had her store employee to call me and say she was calling me to handle the matters and still haven't received a call from her or my phone in which I m entitled to. I have decided to report this to the BBB.
