- JMJohn MacDougall2 days ago1.0I paid $239 for Geek Squad to come and hook up my tv to the internet and electric power. They gave a 12 hour window for arrival. When I called after 8 hours to ask about arrival they told me the appointment had been moved to a date four days later. Nobody told me that I stayed home for nothing. I canceled and got a local provider to do the same job for $100 less and they kept their appointment.
