    Waited 30 minutes to buy an Apple Watch and associates were to busy talking to each other. What should I do have been a simple purchase became a circus. get a New Manager on the floor to help customers or close the store down. This was a horrible experience, no wonder there are no customers in the store. Time is 2:35 look at the cameras and change the staff. Go to a di location that wants to help.

    I went to this shop 10:00 am on March 24. A female crew with gold short hair stranded on the entrance helped a lot to answer all of my questions well. I didn’t remember her name. I would appreciate to her.

    Such a shame been coming here since I moved up here 8 years ago I’ve been coming here , for everything, pc, game consoles, appliances, chargers , tvs just anything and everything. Wanted to get my computer fixed so I had went in about a week prior I was just asking a question about if my issue was something they could fix before I scheduled trying not to waste their time and mine. Well didn’t get to ask cause the white male with shoulder length hair , kinda light brownish with a beard was so rude to the people in front of me I never asked. Don’t know his name but he definitely will know who he is . He has such a horrible attitude and he talks with such a rude vibe . The lady 3 people in front of me asked if she needed an appointment he rudely and loudly said it’s preferred. I decided to leave because I didn’t want anything to do with him . Week later dropped of the pc different people were there and they were very nice. Picked up computer today as soon as I saw him I knew he was about to be so rude . Yes he was he rudely asked if we had an appointment. Which yeah I did but as a manager myself you don’t talk to people like that his tone is so awful you can tell he doesn’t want to be there , which I totally understand I used to work in service as well but I didn’t do anything but come to pick up my property. He said confirmation paper or ID and I asked confirmation email because I had that . He then yells at me Confirmation paper or ID . I gave it to him by this point I am so tired of him , he’s ruined everything I liked about this location. If that attitude is just left to run free I know they don’t care about customers experience. My cable wasn’t returned as we did leave it there I told him the time we were there so he could look at cameras cause he straight accused us of lying , when we brought it into the store because I didn’t know what we needed at the time and the lady took it I even brought my mouse , which of course she said I didn’t need . I would have found out that day had he not been yelling at everybody in line He could have said we don’t normally take anything but I’ll check the camera . Instead he rolls his eyes gives me attitude and turns away by this point I am upset . So I said sorry he has to do his job kinda loud as he goes to “look at cameras” Got another employee to help us he was very nice he had black hair . Was so rude when explaining what he saw in camera and basically boasted that I was wrong and this and that was so rude just making me not believe anything he said .anyways I did get the cable back it was mine Man needs to be fired or cut his hours he’s obviously about to have a burn out or already is . No need to have people paying for a service have to be bullied because he hates his job . Will not be back here . Geek squad member ruined years of great service .

    Today I had a unpleasant experience at the geek squad. The older gentleman with the beard smelt so bad . I asked for his name several times and he refused to give it to me . I came to get my computer fixed I have the total membership. Usually I come to jasmine very sweet lady and never have problems but today I did . This man made my daughter uncomfortable MIND YOU SHE IS 17. He was asking her how she was and if he could get her social media . I will only be returning if jasmine is here
