  My grandmother has had some issues with her computer and both times she had Sam. She has raved about his professionalism and swiftness when helping her. He was very patient and kind and fixed her computer both times quickly!

  So my iPhone 12 battery died on me on Wednesday night Oct.2nd 2024. So the next morning I made my way to Geek squad to see if they could put me in a new battery. The customer service was very top tier. She informed me what time the man that would do my repair would be in. She said that if I don’t get a call early then to check back at 3pm. I was called at 2pm to pick up my iPhone. It was indeed the battery. I appreciate them so much & id be doing business again in the future.

  The two young people that helped me were AMAZING! They were respectful, knowledgeable, answered my questions, taught me a few things, took my issues seriously, and were pleasant to work with. I cannot so enough good things about the experience I had. Thank you two for solving my windows corruption and BIOS issues!
