- PCpan colt1 day ago5.0Jacob is great , if you have to deal with Verizon do yourself a favor and go to the mall. The one on Sherwood way told me they couldn't unlock my Motorola, when I had cricket unlock it which took seconds took it back to Sherwood way and now they said not compatible. After a few choice words was told to go to Mall. Thank you because Jacob is all about customer service....Thank you Sir.

Jacob is one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered. He was very calm, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job. I was anticipating losing important information that was stored on my phone, because that has always been the case, but his positivity that everything would be fine kept me calm through the process.

Jacob and Desmond are absolutely amazing and care for every customer that comes into their store. This review only allowed me to give them 5 stars but they are definitely a 10 star in customer service.
