The store was short staffed and we waited 45 min and had to leave, one because no one should have to wait that long to upgrade their phone it’s so ridiculous how long getting a new phone takes. It worse than buying a car in my opinion. Two, the seats in that store are beyond ridiculous. Hard wood stools with no back on them or a cushion bench that puts you right behind someone getting their phones so you can hear almost everything that you shouldn’t. You should make this and all stores more comfortable because buying a phone takes forever.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had by a woman named Vern. I am on a company account and out of state working at the hospital. My sim stopped working this morning and I had to drive to nearest store. She told me that due to me not being the account holder they could not help me. She did not offer any suggestions and when I was trying to ask her how I could get account manager in contact to send digital sim she walked to the back room laughing. I have been with Verizon 15 years and will be changing immediately. Also the young man who takes your name at the front advised me to use the WiFi to text account manager and have her call customer service and send me digital sim (while I am on their WiFi at store). Thank goodness for him.
While waiting in store observed her acting inappropriately and obnoxious stating “she doesn’t care she is not staying late for anyone”.
Not cut out for customer service job. Period.

I normally never review places literally never, however Luis was amazing i did an in store pick up (i’m in town for work and ordered here) Luis gave me the phone and i asked him another question wishing was regarding swapping devices, Luis was super patient even though it ended up being a Customer service issue he called them had them push everything through and spent the whole time helping me even though he gained nothing from me in terms of a sale, he assured me and just did everything i needed, really wish i would’ve went in instead of buying online to give him the sales but i was in a quick in and out of San Angelo, thank you so much Luis you were great

Huge lazy and rude attitude this "person@ had today. Don't Ask when an iPhone can be available because "they" wouldn't pull it up. Huge attitude problem and Verizon has a help wanted sign up which must be why "they" are still there. Watch out for Verizon Vern - this "person" must have a huge personal image issue resulting in poor customer interface issues.
