- MMMuliOct 24, 20251.0Ive called about my lap top so many times. Requested call backs, haven’t received ONE. Everytime i call it goes to overseas customer support, i have to jump through the hoops to get connected to best buy geek squad and it disconnects every time. negative a million stars.
