  I want to give a huge shoutout to two incredibly outstanding employees — Jaime and Luis! I came in during one of the most stressful weeks of my life. I was sick myself, had a very sick grandchild at home, and on top of all that I was dealing with a phone that had given me nothing but problems. I was stressed and I will admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer, but Jaime handled everything with such grace, patience and professionalism that she completely blew me away. She got everything transferred over to my new phone perfectly and I could not be more grateful! And then there was Luis, what an amazing young man! His knowledge of phones is absolutely incredible and his kindness and professionalism were beyond impressive. He made me feel so taken care of and at ease. These two are the real deal. If you need phone help ask for Jaime and Luis — you will not be disappointed! Five stars isn't enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Luis helped me out this Sunday, had an issue iv been trying to figure out for a while now on my account. He was awesome and helped me out with every question I had. Will definitely be staying with cricket after talking with him. And will get the new 55$ plan.

  Staff really gave me the run around. The phone service is great, trying to purchase a phone with one of their specials is like chewing nails. Maybe try their other locations.
