  Be careful when signing they will say one thing and do another and want correct it. I brought my dad a phone automatic payment every month on the 16th they take it out on the 13th causing me overdrafts so unprofessional.

  I visited this store for help with phone and to purchase another phone. The front desk work, Ariel, was in the back with some else. I could hear them laughing, swearing and talking in the back room. I called out, "Hello" several times to try and get someone to come to the front of the store. I even knocked on the door behind the counter. No one came to the front. I left out and came back. Then, Ariel came to the front of the store. I asked for her name and told her what had happened. She tried to deny it. Then, I pointed to the cameras in the store. I wish I could give this store zero stars. The customer service was so bad and the associates were rude... I bought a new phone somewhere else and switched services that day.
