    I went in there right before closing and Temp helped me get my new iPhone that I bought from a store across town. He definitely didn’t have to do that. But I told him the problem I was facing and he took care of the issue with a smile. Great service!

    Tim was so helpful with a very challenging line transfer from another carrier & adding a 2nd line to my acct. He was super knowledgeable and patient with my transaction. In the end amazing customer service & this experience proved why I am a loyal Verizon customer. Thank you Verizon & Tim!!!

    They need more staff, only one staff is working who is nice and professional but it took me 1 hour just to get help. Plus the air condition is not working either so be prepared to sweat till you get your turn 🙄.

    PSA: Avoid the Verizon Store on Woodbridge Parkway. My wife and I tried to upgrade phones for ourselves and our kids so that we could give the phones for Christmas and ended up getting lied to, not getting the upgrades we were promised / offered, not getting phones we could activate on Christmas, and wasting 4-5 hours in the store trying to sort the issue out.
