  I recently visited the Verizon store and had a fantastic experience thanks to Abdel. He greeted me right away and made the entire process simple and stress-free. As a 20 plus year Version Wireless customer but new at this store, awesome experience and we will be back to see Abdel.

  Terrible service. Both times I have gone in was treated like I was unconvincing them by coming into the store. Then we were returning the gateway we picked up at the store, they told us we had to go to Rockwall. After going to Rockwall, they said we had to return it in Royse. After going back again, they finally took it, though now we are in purgatory waiting for the return. Poor customer service and not professional. Avoid this location if you can.

  I had an excellent experience at Verizon thanks to Ron. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process and took the time to make sure I got exactly the phone I needed. Even though it took a while, he never rushed me and remained professional, helpful, and kind the whole time. Ron truly went above and beyond, and he’s easily one of the best employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Verizon is lucky to have him — he’s absolutely five-star worthy!

  I normally do not leave reviews for outstanding customer service because few deliver it anymore. However, recently I had an outstanding customer service experience with Ron Valdez at the Verizon store in Royse City! Not only did he deliver on everything he promised as we converted 4 lies from T-Mobile to Verizon, but he went above and beyond beyond to advocate for my desires and needs while working through the policy malaise of a large corporation. He tirelessly continued to “work the system” on my behalf until he accomplished EVERYTHING he said he would do. So, if you need an agent to represent you for your cell service, go see Ron… he’s your man. Thank you, Ron! BTW… Verizon really does have the best network out there today! 😉
