He went above and beyond for my daughter, ensuring she obtained a new Samsung phone and making sure all of her data was copied over, even putting insurance on the new device. It is because of Jacob that I will return to this store for future upgrades of our devices. Thank you, Jacob.

They don't even try help people and will just ignore you. I called district manager Carlos Gomez to complain and he's no help. Save your time and go somewhere else or choose better provider.

We were simply wanting to confirm the number of stylo 6 phones that were in the store since it showed online they were in stock, and we we're switching all 4 of our accounts over to cricket- We have ended up taking our business to a different location. It does pay to have employees that are not too lazy to take care of business!
