I’m part of a family plan and have full access to the My Verizon app on my phone, yet the representative refused to provide any information. This was extremely frustrating and unhelpful. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to look at switching to another carrier. Keep treating customers this way and you’ll keep losing them.

It’s a clear rule on Verizon site - first you serve by appointment and then walk-ins. But they told me to wait for an hour. What’s the reason to make appointments if still wait for an hour? I checked in online and it showed they had 2 other appointments coming soon. Meaning 3 appointments are not serving because they don’t follow Verizon rules. Stay away from this location if you don’t want to waste your time! P. S. I am Verizon customer for 20+ years and never had such absolutely terrible experience before.
