    Terrible customer experience at this store. I went in for a phone and the sales representative tried to sell everything and I couldn’t even get a simple quote for a phone. The lady that checked in customers at the front door (curly hair and mole on face) is so unprofessional and wound up helping a Spanish speaking customer immediately, even though I’ve been waiting over an hour. Definitely not helping customers on the first come first serve basis. Ive been a loyal customer for many years, but am now with another carrier.

    Helpful but customers have to resist high pressure sales tactics. I was pleased that even though I went in with the intent on purchasing one phone (a mid level Samsung), the sales rep alerted me to a better deal on a much better phone (Google Pixel 10 XL Pro) at the same cost I was prepared to pay for the other phone. However, I had to resist multiple attempts to sell me on unnecessary accessories, an additional phone number for which I have no need just to get a temporary discount and other high pressure sales tactics. I held firm in my position that I did not need superfluous add ons. Still, the sales reps were congenial and helpful and I was satisfied with my overall experience.
