I picked a time and when I showed up they told me that “the person who does phone service called out sick.” I drove 30+ minutes each way to have my phone fixed and there was no effort on the Geek Squads part to alert me they couldn’t help me and no effort to make it right now that I could not get my phone fixed. Not a fan. Will not be coming back.
