  Bro I understand a break but these guys straight up didn't open when I went and waited for 30 minutes Around 2:30 -3. Pm. Literally took the 10 minute sign off and still had the door locked. Just wanted to pay my phone bill and buy some headphones on my only day off

  Stopped by this location yesterday for my disabled sister,she had an old out dated phone that wasn't working,Jessica, and andre helped get her set up for the disability program they have,it's was a challenge but they didn't give up on us we got it done,I worked 35 years in retail in groceries stores and I'm grateful to see that great service still is alive in this location,I was ready to give up,but Jessica and andre did an amazing job,my sister is going through some life changes and these two wonderful people add a plus to her life,I'm a T-Mobile customer,but this cricket location at 300 Mays crossing in round rock hit it out the park.ms.mosley thanks you guys and I owe you guys lunch or something,y'all went well above and beyond for my sister.thanks again, and God bless you guys.

  Was referred by a friend to Cricket Mobile, especially this location. Needed a new phone and service was came with a wonderful experience. Jessica was very patient and courteous in answering my questions, as well as helping make sure I was happy with my new phone. She also gave great tips in helping me set up my new device! And with their refer-a-friend option both myself and my friend will get a $25.00 rebate towards the next payment. Highly Recommend! Thank you Jessica for all the great help!

  Bought (and returned) a broken phone here but wasn't allowed to return the case and screen protector. I'm out $50. Go somewhere else or to a different carrier.
