  i waited 10 minutes just to check out the moment it was finally my turn 4 associates showed up to take care of the remaining people communication is key here— if they just told me “many of our staff are in a meeting rn we’ll help you asap” i wouldn’t have felt so annoyed but instead when you see a hundred people walking around and you’re just wasting time standing here, you get frustrated feeling disrespected and ignored i get it not everyone is trained for the same roll but come on people these stores (target best buy etc) are really going down hill (after covid) it almost feels like they remain in short supply on purpose

  I was sent to the Round Rock store from Georgetown so they could transfer data from my previous laptop to my new laptop, I didn’t have an appointment, I had time sensitive documents I needed to finish working on, it was pouring rain and AUSTIN saved the day!! He was through and relayed everything he was doing so I could follow the time frame. Unbelievably kind, efficient and made a difficult situation into a smooth transition. Kit was also extremely helpful and kind, both of them were a dream team!!

  This was by far the worst and the only experience I’ve ever had with Best Buy. I had a dashcam installed in my car by two technicians who claimed to have 20 years of experience — but their work showed a complete lack of basic knowledge and professionalism. Their installation severely damaged my car’s wiring and completely ruined the fuse system. As a result, my charging ports no longer work and the battery is dead. It’s shocking that anyone with even minimal technical understanding could make such a mess. This was careless and incompetent work that has cost me heavily. I will be filing a formal customer complaint and escalating this issue directly to top executives to ensure accountability. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this store and its technicians. Also, the store managers are always busy apparently to deal with someone busy and have no time for customers. What is the point of being manager then?
