In 5 years of having Verizon I’ve never been offered an upgrade on my phone. No to mention I can’t even use my phone at my house because the reception is literally one bar. Stop lying to people fix your services before convincing people it’s worth their money. I would have canceled my service by now if you had given me the credits I’m still owed to pay off this phone so I can get my upgrade without I have one bar literally in front of this store not to mention it’s in sos mode 5-10 times a day.
