Came in a year ago during black Friday and got a new device only to find out they "lowered my bill" by dropping my insurance. Now a year later I'm out of warranty with a defective device and all they have to offer is a predatory tactic of trying to get me to add a line 😂. The tech Angel is a joke and the manager who's name wouldn't given are doing an excellent job of displaying that Verizon is no longer worth the money they charge.
