The phone was not in stock and the ship date was end of January, so I clearly said I did not want the phone and did not approve any changes, and I left. A few hours later, I discovered our plans were upgraded anyway without my consent. It took me hours with customer service to fix this mistake. Very disappointing experience.

What really stood out was Muji’s attention to detail and genuine desire to make sure I left completely satisfied. The process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I expected.
