A few hours later, I discovered our plans were upgraded anyway without my consent. It took me hours with customer service to fix this mistake. Very disappointing experience.

Use T mobile instead, atleast they hire real people to handle their support/ their bot doesn't hang up on you. (edited/updated)

They walked me through every step of getting my new phone, made sure all my data transferred correctly, and took the time to answer every question I had without rushing me. What really stood out was Muji’s attention to detail and genuine desire to make sure I left completely satisfied. The process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly better than I expected. If you’re going to the Rockwall Verizon location, I highly recommend asking for Muji—you’ll be in great hands.
