  I have had the pleasure of renting from this location several times. Kristen has always gone out of her way to make it easy. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable.

  This place is absolutely trash. All of their equipment is about to fall apart and they will tell you it’s 130 a day for a piece of equipment and then once you bring it back, there are a bunch of fees. Just paid almost $600 for a scissor lift and a trailer rental and the trailer itself didn’t even work.

  Called to finish a quote that I started online, the lady who answered was more interested in gossipping with another employee than trying to help me it seemed. I just needed to know an estimated total for a 4hr rental that I saw online, with delivery included. She was not helpful at all. She couldn't even tell me the size of the equipment for me to determine if we could use our own trailer, instead she was trying to get me to rent a trailer from them. Customer service goes a long way, and so does a lack of thereof. If you go through the reviews, you will see the trend - they don't care about their customers and make excuses for their terrible employees. Update: 10 minutes later, I got an email reply for the online quote I submitted. On the estimate is the exact size and price. Why couldn't the lady on the phone just tell me if the information was readily available? Seems sketch.

  DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. TURNED ME AWAY FROM RENTING CHAIRS BECAUSE I HAD A TX ID NOT DL, RENTING CHAIRS!!! DIDNT ACCEPT MY MILITARY ID HERE EITHER.

  While U-Rent was my go-to Rental place for years, they don't seem to realize they now have competition (Sunbelt) only a couple miles up the road. E.g: to rent a chainsaw for week-end at U-Rent, you have to pick up after 4pm on Sat and return on Mon. When renting a chainsaw I was given a saw with what appeared to be (and was) dull: they didn't keep replacement chains on hand. Cost: $85. At Sunbelt, you can pick up on Fri or Sat to return on Mon and I was given a NEW still in box chain (in addition to what clearly was a sharp chain already on the saw) in case I needed it. Cost: $70 (both were 20" saws)
