  Great Customer Service!! Our company has rented tables & chairs for various events, but this time I ordered tables & chairs for the wrong date. BUT Brandon was able to take care of me. We will continue to rent from you for future events!

  Very upset the older white man there calling my son in law the N word. Stay away from this racist company. The ladies there also denied that man said it. So the whole company is racist. 0 stars.

  For a company that “ always strives to provide excellent customer service” the Rockwall location has severely disappointed us. Our company rents from this location frequently but they have lost our business. Not only did our employee witness their employee throwing a temper tantrum and cussing up a storm right as he walked in, an older gentleman employed there called him a Fing N word. The complete lack of respect is just unacceptable.

  I had the best experience with U-Rent It Sales and Service ! Yvonne and Blake were so patient, friendly, and kind in helping me select items for my first catering event. Many of the things that I needed I didn't know what they were called, and Debbie suggested that I come in to take a look, rather than trying to do it over the phone, which I did. When I got there, two days later & a few minutes before closing, Yvonne and Blake allowed me to make my selections, answered my questions, and made suggestions for me. On the day of pick-up, the two gentlemen who loaded my car, Zander & Allen, wished me well & offered to pray with me for the success of my event. I'm sure they could sense my nervousness mixed with excitement, and as the Word says, "where two or more are gathered together touching and agreeing upon anything there (He) is in the midst..." Needless to say, I drove off grinning like a Cheshire cat! 😁😸 Well, the items that I selected worked beautifully! The place settings we're complimented by the glasses and stemware I rented; the roll top chafers with two half pans worked perfectly for the entree items placed in them (Garlicky Shrimp w/ Yellow Rice in one and Jerk Chicken Bites w/ Rice & Peas in the other) and I used the fondue pot for the Mediterranean Parmesan Roasted Veggies. I also got two wood grain melamine trays that we used both sides for both service & presentation! The 4 gallon dispensers served to hold Plum/Basil Lemonade in one (for both the morning and evening event) and the other held cucumber mint water in the morning and a yummy rum punch for the evening. Even upon returning the items, my reception was warm and they inquired about my event because they were just as nervous as I was about it being my first time catering an event. 😆 I share all of this to say that if there was a star rating system, they definitely exceeded the five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! I drove 36 miles three times over the course of 5 days and it was worth every moment of my time! I highly recommend U Rent It for: 1. Quality items 2. Courteous service 3. Helpfulness/Efficiency 4.   Ordered scissor lift and paid for delivery. Had guys waiting on it, U Rent It never showed or bothered to call to say they would be hours late. So cancelled for Monday and rebooked for Tuesday, they were late again without calling and updating again. Who runs a place like this? How can you be in the service industry with running operations like this?
