  Ordered an item and it came with missing components - Best Buy customer service only gives the option of getting a call back from the store, and it’s been days of waiting for the store to give me a call back. There are no other options other than to drive far to the store, and no other way to contact the store. Beware of customer service on online orders.

  Samsung dryer DONE with 4 month of use.Called BBUY brushed off to Samsung... Samsung 3 call's..1st hung up 2 open case and provided number for me to file all over again so far NIGHTMARE and it's like electric car..My friend have Key fridge, stove it's from 80 still working doesn't look bad but WORKS.i haven't even paid credit yet and it's done just blink blink and done.I strongly recommend MARKET PLACE instead of Best Buy

  Took my Mom, who is a senior and not feeling her best these days, to the Rockwall, Tx Best Buy yesterday and have to say that the Customer Service could not have been any more awesome!!! We were there to purchase her a new cell phone and to switch everything over from her older phone, but we had a LOT of questions and a LOT of complicated issues with her old phone and old phone service (which had NOT been purchased from Best Buy) that we needed to get resolved with the switchover to the new phone and new service. Izzie was great!! He was very patient, kind, and helpful and spent a long time answering our questions and helping us locate and purchase a phone that was in stock that would be just the right phone for her needs!! Jayden and Lane were so very helpful and super friendly in answering questions and assisting us in any way that they could throughout the process as well!! Shawn was amazing!! She spent a very long time switching everything over from the old phone to Mom's new phone, (took longer because of the aforementioned issues with her old phone and service), she never made us feel rushed through the process, she very patiently answered many more questions that we had, and even took the extra time to put on the protective glass, camera cover, and case for Mom!! She was so very kind and spent as much time as we needed to do everything that she could to make the entire process so much less stressful on us!! We felt very blessed to find such great customer service over all from the employees there!! In all, we spent about 3 1/2 hours in the store because we had walked in with a lot of complicated phone and service issues, but we walked out as very happy customers!! As my Mom said to them before leaving and giving them each a hug, they really deserve a raise!! 😊 I fully agree!! 👍😊 They were all great and we can't thank them enough!!
