  Alexis was really helpful with me! I had ordered a open box item marked as "Excellent" condition and went in to pick it up. Upon receiving it we come to find out it's missing the most important thing about it: the charger. Alexis was called up to the pick up area and we had a very respectful and friendly conversation about any solution that would resolve this issue. She took care of me and left me with a great impression. To any Best Buy customer reading this: please understand that being respectful and understanding at the beginning of a conversation will very likely get you done right.

  Best Buy offers the most up-to-date and innovative electronics. If an item is not available at a specific store, they can conduct an online search to determine if other stores may have it in stock. Therefore, I highly recommend shopping at Best Buy.

  Our experience today was very disappointing. After being in the store for over an hour and preparing to spend close to $700, we were being assisted by Izzie when his manager, Alexis, asked him to stop helping us and assist another customer. We were then told she would come help us instead. After already waiting such a long time, being redirected in the middle of service felt very unprofessional and dismissive. When customers are ready to make a purchase of that size, they should feel prioritized and valued. As someone who recently moved to the area, this was not the welcoming or professional customer service experience we expected. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service we experienced during our visit. After spending over an hour in the store and preparing to make a purchase of nearly $700, we were in the middle of being assisted by Izzie when his manager, Alexis, instructed him to stop helping us and assist another customer instead. We were told she would come help us, but after already waiting such a long time, this felt very dismissive and unprofessional. When customers are ready to make a significant purchase, they should feel valued and respected. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had today. As someone new to the area, this was especially disappointing, and based on this interaction, we will not be returning.

  I went up there to get my phone screen fixed and they told me they no longer offer apple care services. Which is annoying because I’m paying for that each month and every other place that offers that is far from where I live. Well they sent me to the local private owned place in downtown Rockwall claiming they take the apple care. WRONG. I wasted my whole day trying to get it fixed because they don’t have their facts straight. Not very happy and won’t be returning to this location again
