I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this Verizon store from two of your employees. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 22 years, and I have never experienced such a lack of care, professionalism, or respect.
The night before my visit, I spent an hour on the phone with technical support. That representative was kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help. When they were unable to resolve the issue, they scheduled an appointment for me at this store, assuring me it would be handled in person.
When I arrived, the employees did not even take the time to look at my account or assess the issue. Without any attempt to assist, they immediately said they could not help and instead called customer support for me—then handed me the phone with a 50-minute hold time. I could have done that from home.
They told me they could not activate my new watch, which I purchased online. They didn’t look at my account, my new watch, or even the old one I brought in for reference. I even had my order. Their dismissive attitude and complete lack of concern were shocking.
These employees did not reflect the level of service or respect that has kept me with Verizon for over two decades. Their unwillingness to help and unprofessional demeanor were completely off-putting.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as experiences like this damage long-standing customer relationships.

What a disappointment with this store. I walked right at 7 pm. Waited for at least 5 minutes before getting acknowledged. The manager asked if I had a question so I proceeded to tell him that I was there to return a modem and canceled the service as it was something temporary for me. He asked where I got it from. I said from here. He looked at his watch and said “it would be an hour before we can help you”, he then retreated to the back of the store. At 7:40 another employee tried to helped and he ended up saying that he could no process the return or cancel the line because it has been over 30 days. So they made me wait almost a hour to tell me this? Couldn’t the manager have mentioned that when I told him what I was there for? He was just sitting there.
Not sure if what he said was to make me leave since it was 10 after 7 pm. His attitude and how he talked to me wasn’t nice at all. Not sure what happened to the customer service at this location.

This store used to be great with helping customers. However, upon walking in today, the staff was extremely lazy and disrespectful. We asked to help activate the phone and we were told they can't help. Edwin dialed customer support line and said they can help you, the wait on the call was over an hour. I let him know the store was always able to activate phones, he went to "speak to the manager" and came back said he can't do it.
I asked for the manager, a lady name Angie came and told me she can't help, I need to call customer support, they only do sales at the store.
The biggest issue we had was their negative attitude and lack of customer service skills. Both showed lack of customer respect and willingness to help.

This store I had a tremendous and satisfying experience and support with Ms Christine Perdomo she is wonderful with a excellent personality with expertise and patience in which she had demonstrated with passion in assisting her customers
I strongly recommend that you see Christine for all your needs to be a satisfied customer like myself. Especially non technical individual like myself . Every Verizon store that I have been too over the course of 20 years Christine was the very best in her profession with a tremendous professional attitude
I highly recommend her when you come into this store in which you will not be disappointed
