Michael is the only reason why I am giving this store a 5 star review I initially had a terrible experience with the first representative that I spoke with. When I called this location. They did not sound helpful and gave me conflicting information versus what I was emailed after my order was placed. I was told that I will be able to pick up my order within an hour when I called the location and spoke with the first associate he told me that that’s not true and it could take up to three days from my order to be ready then enter the call and reached out to the customer support chat to confirm that information and gave the store location, a call back the phone was answered and immediately hung up and then I called back a third time and that’s when I was greeted by Michael, who was able to take care of my issues and assist me in a warm welcoming voice and made sure that I understood all of the verbiage and information about my order

About a year ago, I visited this store and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience due to unfriendly service and unhelpful staff. I left feeling disappointed. However, with Verizon’s new plan options, I decided to give the store another try—and I’m glad I did. Luis assisted our family with the switch, and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the process. Everything was completed in under an hour, and we’re very happy with our decision to switch to Verizon.

An update to my earlier review:
I went back for the FOURTH time, fully prepared to terminate my Verizon service if I was turned away again. During my previous visit, after I reset my Apple Watch, the associate told me they couldn’t find the watch on my account and that I needed to re-pair it and return so they could confirm the serial number, even though they could clearly see it in my settings, they refused to accept it because it didn’t show on their end.
When I arrived this time, the associate immediately asked if I had reset the watch and said they couldn’t accept it if it wasn’t reset. After I explained everything that had already happened, another associate named Marco stepped in, took my watch, and finally confirmed the trade-in. However, when I asked him how to properly reset the watch, just to make sure I was doing it correctly since I had been turned away multiple times, he responded sarcastically, saying, “You said you reset it before, don’t you know how to do it?” I told him he could have simply answered and been helpful instead.
In summary, I was finally successful on my 4th attempt, but the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I will never return to this location.

The staff are not just rude — they’re completely useless. I had to go back THREE times just to trade in my Apple Watch because they clearly have no idea how to give proper instructions. And one chubby guy flat-out said he couldn’t help. Zero professionalism, zero competence. Avoid this place

There is a reason I have been a customer for over 23-years. Luis did a great job, and I was able to get all of our phones setup. I did have to spend about 3-hours with Verizon support to get my wife's phone swapped with our son, but we were able to make it happen. The guys talked me through every step, and were very cordial. Great job, team.

Horrible. Called and said they would hold an Apple Watch for me that they had in stock so I drove 40mins. Get there and they lady I spoke to went on lunch, and then a staff member showed me two Apple Watches but not the color I wanted….and after waiting 1hr I come back and they tell me they have no Apple Watches in stock?!? Lying strait to my face!!!!
