We purchased a laptop for our son along with a protection plan, which has proven to be a complete waste of money. We reported a GPU issue over four months ago. Since then, the laptop has been sent to the service center twice and handed over to the store team once—but not a single time has the issue been resolved. In fact, during the first service center visit, no actual repairs were made; they simply performed an OS boot, which is something anyone can do at home. Despite multiple attempts to have the laptop fixed, the problem still persists. The lack of effective support and accountability from Geek Squad has been frustrating and unacceptable.
