- AAAhmed AliJan 14, 20263.0⭐ 3.5/5 (Updated Jan 23, 2026) Updating my previous review. After more than a month of waiting, the service center confirmed that my laptop was lost in their warehouse. They did offer me a replacement laptop, which I appreciate. Thankfully, most of my data was backed up, so I recovered my files (though I did lose some saved software projects). The experience was very stressful and frustrating due to the long delay and poor communication, but I want to give credit where it’s due — Brandon and his team were professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, and they did their best to resolve the situation. Originally, this was a 1-star experience because of the month-long wait and uncertainty, but I’m updating it to 3.5 stars for the final resolution and the efforts of Brandon and his team. There is still significant room for improvement in communication, tracking, and warehouse management, but I appreciate the way the situation was handled in the end.
