Had an appointment with geek squad and explained my issue and what apple support said to do. Geek squad disagreed and told me they are running behind schedules and it would be best if I went home to update my phone that would fix my issue. I tried to explain to the tech that I don’t think that’s the issue but he blew me off. So I did the update and my phone still doesn’t work. Guess I will have to find a geek squad that will help and not just blow me off cause they are busy. Yes i did have an appointment.

This Best Buy has fantastic service. The Geek Squad here is customer focused. We have been coming here for years now and every time is always a great experience.
I highly recommend getting the geek squad membership (if thats the name) as all your purchases are covered.

I went to Best Buy to find a six foot Apple Charging Cord. The person up front pointed to the aisle. I went there and looked for a minute. Then as I walked out, the greeters ask if I couldn’t find one? I said, “There are no Apple Charging Cords”.
Oh, those are over there pointing to another area. I said, “Look, if you want to show me where and help me, I’ll buy it, otherwise I’m leaving.
Taken aback at this customer who wanted attention, he reluctantly, took me to where they were and turned away. I said, I need a six foot cord. Turning back he handed me a three foot cord. No, I need a six foot cord. Finally, he found what I wanted and I paid for it. It would have been nicer to just help me as there were hardly any customers in the store on a weekday morning. If this happens again, I’m going call your store “Worst Buy”.

We went to buy security system. 1st we asked associate to recommend and any differences between 2. She was not knowledgeable about products, was reading from display descriptions. Secondly while checkout, person who is standing behind the register didn't greet, didn't speak nicely. He doesn't know about warranty comes with product and discount for members and their rewards.
We never had this kind of experience at any other best buy location. We experienced same thing earlier at same location.

Customer service sucks.
I walked in and asked to see tablets and was pointed in a direction that I wasn't sure about but instead of the associate walking me over she pointed and continued talking to another employee. Found my way and asked a guy walking around drinking a Monster who proceeded to say he will check. He didnt come back so I went to find him (looking up what I asked for on a computer). I was then pointed back to the same display table n told the device was "over there" . I interrupted a group of supervisors talking to help and was told they'd send someone over to me then cont their convo. I turned in circles until a lady came over n asked what I needed. She checked the table then told me they dont have the samsung s11 ultra on display then went to walk off. I asked do you have em for sale. She answered "yes if they are in stock". Noone took the initiative to actually help or try to go get one to show me. Im looking to upgrade and only buy my electronic devices from Best Buy but Im not going to beg them to take my money or my business. This is not my normal store but I will certainly never come back. I get a casual work place but everyone needs to be reminded that they actually have a job to do. Most people come out with nothing I'm pretty sure because they aren't helpful.
