What kind of store has zero customer service capabilities now where every call is directed to AI or outsourced to another country?! I have a store specific question and their only response is to drive to a store and ask my question. Get it together, Best Buy, this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!

We had the best experience at this store. Considering how much customer service has deteriorated in so many places it was like a breath of fresh air. Ethan and Will helped us in-store with our dishwasher purchase and it was delivered and installed by Peter the next morning. A perfectly smooth experience. No notes. Kudos

Had a great experience at Best Buy. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The store was well organized, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Checkout was smooth, and overall the service was excellent. Definitely a reliable place for electronics and tech support—would recommend!

My wife and I went to BestBuy for her new earbuds and Bechi and Ethan took good care of us during this experience, Becky was particularly experienced with audio gadgets specifically with earbuds , and we felt quite lucky having her helping us with the new vs known products and brands, I highly recommend Becky from this BestBuy store at Richmond,TX so if you are looking for a new pair of earbuds she is the one to talk to.
Unbelievably poor experience. Pre ordered the new MacBook Pro that came in at 4700 dollars. Was supposed to be ready for pickup 3/11 and they said they hadn’t processed it yet when I got there. I was told it would be 15 minutes. 15 minutes later, I was told it would be 30 minutes. I said I’d just wait for it to show ready for pickup in the app.
That never came to pass. Got another notification that the order was delayed. Waited all day today with no update. Contacted customer service which was 100% useless and told me to call the store.
Called the store and got a call center that apparently had no way to connect me to the store and was again useless.
I’ve spent an ungodly amount of money with Best Buy over the last 20 years and am pretty much their ideal customer. This is the second time they have completely butchered an online order for me and provided no customer service.
I’m done with this company and you should be too.
