- HAHafetha Abu AwwadJan 2, 20261.0Okay, I tried to make a review of this Verizon store a couple of months ago. There was an issue where the guy was mocking my husband and treating him very rudely. My husband asked to speak with someone else and they handled the situation better. And I was going to write a review, however, my husband felt bad and said that he was going to give them a chance. Now they did it again…. So I’m not holding back, they continue to treat and speak so rudely to my husband. They act like they know what they’re doing, EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T. My husband went in to make a monthly payment, and they said it was all set and done. He goes BACK HOME and it doesn’t show that his account was activated. Leading him to GO BACK TO THE STORE and tell them the issue. They acted clueless and careless. I really wish I had gone to my Plano Location rather than this Location. They need to focus on the staff and train them on how to speak to their customers CORRECTLY. I recommend you all go to any Verizon store BUT THIS STORE. I was too naive and wanted to be nice, and I NEVER write bad reviews unless they did me or my husband wrong. In which they did many times, so I had enough. Save your TIME DON’T COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!
