  I would not recommend this location at all. Terrible service.I went in to buy a phone and was told certain items (case, etc.) were free and included. Later, when I received the digital receipt, I saw extra charges for a watch, speaker, and protectors—items I never asked for or agreed to pay for whenever i was told they were free. 🤔 When I came back to question it, I was told it was part of a “package” that was never explained to me. I only wanted the phone, not extra items adding hundreds of dollars to my total. The only solution they offered was to cancel everything and return the phone which i did do. Very disappointing experience. The charges felt misleading, and customer service was poor and disrespectful and not honest.

  Worst service ever!! Every time I go to pay my husband's line,whenever he has to work,the ladies all give me a hard time.Yesterday I went to pay the line like always nothing new right,wrong from the moment I stepped in the employee had customers. I decided to get in line and wait my turn no big deal.I noticed as i waited she was giving the customers in front of me a hard time. when out of nowhere while her customer was still speaking the employee blurs out what's your number to me so I gave her the number the first digits in Spanish and the last four in English since my Spanish isn't fluent.The employee goes silent for a brief moment rolls her eyes then says you NEED to say the last four digits in Spanish 🤦‍♀️ umm hello I'm in the U.S last I checked I don't NEED to say anything in Spanish and why on earth would you work customer service if you can't speak english. I then told her I could show her the number she rolled her eyes again and said ok. Once she pulls the account up she says who's the person on the account to you I told her it was my husband. She immediately responds with "I'm not going to process your payment you're going to have to go get your husband to come and pay his line" .🤦‍♀️ I told her Ive paid it many times before and never heard of such thing. She then explains to me that I'm not an authorized person on the account as I was getting ready to leave the employee said the could put me as an authorized person but it would just take a minute. If you knew you were able to do this from the beginning why did you give me such a hard time 😤 for trying to pay a bill. Honestly I think she did all of this because I couldn't pronounce the last four numbers in Spanish it is not my fault both of my parents grew up in the United States and both speak English all of my siblings, relatives, and nieces all speak English as well.I am the only bilingual person in the family and that's only because I took Spanish in high school and have been practicing ever since 🤦‍♀️
