  Tried to get a Razer phone. Add says 399.00 . They wanted 599.00 . Claimed it was online only. I called Cricket's customer service number. Was told that if I have had my current phone with them for a year. I qualified for the 399.00 deal. Well looks like a 6+ year customer means nothing to them unless you speak Spanish. Gonna switch to T-Mobile in a few days. Service has been mediocre at best at this particular location.

  This place has been nothing but problems since day one on February 5, 2026. I walked in a little late at night lady behind the counter. Spoke zero English and did not seem to really want to be there. I thought OK it’s late at night I wouldn’t wanna be helping people either. I get an iPhone 16e and transfer my number over. She goes and flashes a bunch of screens in Spanish at me that I cannot read whatsoever cause I do not speak Spanish whatsoever. I just keep hitting the green button and she doesn’t try to explain anything. I walk out having spent a little over $225 without her handing me a receipt at all or asking for my email to send me a receipt. I found out that I have been signed up for the cricket protect plan for $12 a month. I tried to reach out to Customer Care. They’re unable to help so I get the Better Business Bureau involved and then the office of president is able to refund my $12 for the cricket protect. I have gotten the 16 E under the $49 with pre-payment of two months at $60 fast-forward to March 6, 2026. My service is disconnected currently because apparently I didn’t pay my bill even though I paid $120 on February 5, 2026 so at this point I have reached out to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau to get my service back and ask them for an additional at least an additional two months of service for the inconvenience of them stealing from me I should get the police involved and take them to court, but I’m not going to unless they refuse to meet the bare minimum.
