I went back to the store to ask for help, but no one helped me or tried to fix the problem. I’m very disappointed with the Customer Service. When you buy a new phone, You expect it to work and for the company to Stand behind it.

The final visit I had our grandson and they didn't seem agitated with him being curious. They have a fun table for the kids to write on! Overall great experience. However, we went in complaining about AT&T service and never was told they are affiliated with them. Not sure if that's good or bad. Lol. But service has been good!
