I had a flat while taking my daughter to a doctor's appointment, I have paid for roadside for a year or more now and never used it. They took forever! I called 15 people, took my tire, got someone to take my tire to get a patch, and bring it back and put it back on. Took 2 hours. But was still quicker than roadside getting there. I am former law enforcement and was next to a place where plenty of criminals know me. With my daughter! 2 hours is way too long of a wait, especially when your stranded and waiting for a potential gun fight at any second.
