  I walked into the store telling the sales lady that I want to buy & change my number to 210 & I bought a IPhone 11 and to change my number from 830 to a 210. But they didn’t let me pay it all at once. Had to make two transactions. When it was all done the sales lady gives me my new number. Gives me 830 when I ask for a 210 I asked for a refund couldn’t give it to me. She calling her boss asking for help! Did another transaction to get a 210 #. This is happening after closing time. We had left & notice we had NO PHONE SERVICE!!!!!! It’s a TERRIBLE Experience!!!! Went back the next day!! It was the same sales lady. So, I ask for my inconvenient y’all mistake can I get a screen protector.. They said NO!! Then, I said I want a refund I didn’t want the phone. But, little that I know I wasn’t going to get ALL any REFUND!!! I paid a total of 568.00 they kept 28.00. I was so upset! It came down to NOT Training the NEW Employees Properly!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NOT SHOP at this STORE!!! This just happened this week!!!!

  Don't buy their protection plans, My charging port stopped working on my nokia, I went in expecting to pay a up front insurance fee to get my phone replaced but that was not accepted, I use this phone for work, And it was a manufacturers Issue that caused the problem, so if your phone breaks don't expect them to help you out immediately with the new one, you will have to send in that phone to the manufacturer and you will be left without 1 until the other 1 comes back from the repair shop - so in reality... the real insurance is to get to get 2 phones (one for backup) which is just ridiculous and my eyes, Since I had to buy a new phone anyway because of this I just went to Best Buy and got the S10 plus, cricket will never get any of my money ever again for a phone I will just use their service because it is dirt cheap 🤷‍♂️
