I have called and went into the location several times and every time they give me the run around and tell me that they will talk to the manager and get a resolution to the problem but no manager ever gives me a call back. This is bullshit and I have had to go buy another iPhone for her because who can go without a phone for almost 4 months. Worst place ever don’t ever take you phone to have it fixed through Apple care. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life had a worse experience
