- VWV WDec 26, 20251.0Useless. I needed help because my phone was not working. Every single thing they did to try and fix it costed well over a hundred dollars, even WITH insurance. Don't waste your time or money. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid Cricket Wireless. I still don't have a working phone!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for a new number and was given the prices, when it got to the point of payment, I was charged for a SIM which is fine - however it was an eSIM not a regular SIM (my brother is with boost and they have never charged him for an eSIM) when I informed the sales associate I did not want an eSIM, I preferred a regular sim, she said there was nothing she could do. When I kept pushing forward informing her again that I did not want an eSIM she said well I can go back into your account and convert it to a regular sim once you’ve been charged and then I need to charge you for ANOTHER sim but physical this time. I asked if there was anything she could do to help and there was an automatic “NO” from the sales associate Leticia, who once I pressed forward about wanting a regular sim and not an eSIM caught a lot of attitude. Definitely not a place I would come back to.

When pushed back on her "answer' to the issue which was "too bad" I requested of there was another person to speak to she refused amd then would not give name or store number. I would never recommend cricket and pulling all my companies cellphone provider today!
