I stopped at this store to see items on display - specifically a pressure cooker. This store had only one I stock, no display. Box was not sealed, but employees rudely prevented me from looking inside. He stated he is an assistant manager Druve, did not know anything about pressure cookers at all. There is no national brands available - some kind of “Bella” brand.

Amazing service. I went in to buy an apple watch and I was immediately approached and asked how I could be helped. I told the man and he didn't try to upsell me or convince me to get any accessories. He went to the back, got the color I wanted and came back to help me check out. fabulous, would go again.

They always seem to be busy but that did not deduct from customer service! I went in twice in one week looking for Rode Lavaliere microphones, they had what I needed both times. I was sceptical because the website said 1 in stock of each item, but to my surprise the online inventory was correct. I went in with the SKU number so I think that helped. Both times I was greeted and promptly helped. Best Buy in Plano has my business because they helped my handle my business!

When you can get help, the staff is nice and knowledgeable... but there is either a lack of team members or they hide in the break room. I'm frustrated by the lack of Roku products but Walmart has that covered. Roku is definitely the best streaming product on the market for content, function & value so why they push Alexa is a mystery to me.

Customer service is not knowledgable on return policies, so do your research online before coming here for a return/purchase (I wouldn’t trust their Geek Squad “experts” in this store either after this experience). The associate helping with returns provided me false information regarding my MyBestBuy certificate and said I would get the certificate credit back after I returned a product. I wanted to be sure before returning the product (iPhone 17 Pro Max screen protector) & the associate there confirmed to me twice and reassured me I would get back my certificate credit. I never got it back in my account, and the online customer service said they cannot do anything and when asked to raise a complaint, the online associate acted like he was going to help me with it but ended the call soon and never called back. He said to reach out to the in-store manager but didn’t provide a direct email/phone, & the in-store employees never pick up the phone listed on the Best Buy website for this store.
This place needs better training, so I recommend going to the Stonebriar Best Buy (Frisco, TX) or Park Lane (Dallas, TX) as they are much knowledgable.
