When they heard we are not going to buy contract AT and T, they are not friendly anymore. And when I went to customer service to get my unlocked phone, the guy there didn't even smile to me. He is very indifferent, as my mother needs a new phone, I tolerated his attitude but I felt not happy at all. i gave 2 stars to this store and I won't come here any more.

Went again last week and were initially assisted by another sales staff who was good for nothing even after she got directions from Lauren. Asked to see our Costco card as proof that we have Costco membership, then asked me for my passport when I said I did not have my driver license on me! We left the store frustrated. Went again yesterday and sought Lauren, who was ever so helpful and we got the microwave we were looking for. If you visit this store, ask for Lauren, he is amazing.
