  Katie and Melody were terrific! Very helpful and knowledgeable and informative, and helped guide me thru the decision making process; to make the right decision was made that best suited my specific wants/needs as a new customer. Very pleasant experience! Incredibly polite as well. I would highly recommend their outstanding customer service, and would most definitely advise new and existing customers to go to this location in particular for all their wireless/mobile needs! Excellent customer service and overall very pleasant experience! 5/5 stars! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

  Katie at Cricket Wireless made buying a phone a genuinely enjoyable experience this Friday we just went. She was friendly, funny, and incredibly easy to talk to, and her great personality made the whole process feel relaxed. My boyfriend usually struggles to make decisions, but Katie quickly helped us find the right phone without any pressure. She was very knowledgeable and left no question unanswered, which made him feel confident in his choice. Her customer service really stood out! She turned what could have been a stressful visit into something smooth and pleasant. She truly goes above and beyond and deserves recognition (and a raise!).

  I had wonderful experience purchasing a phone in -store at Cricket with Melanie and Katie. They were welcoming, knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress free.They took the time to walk me through different phone options, answered all my questions, and made sure I left with the best choice for my needs.The customer service was top notch, and I truly appreciated their patience and professionalism. I highly recommend visiting the Plano location on K Ave if you are looking for great service and a hassle free phone purchase.
