Wasn't to happy. Got another line but the new number isn't working and I was told to come back 7 to 10 days to figure things out.i don't have time to be coming to plainview. I work and bottom line I jist Wasn't happy with the service.

I found Jennifer to be extremely courteous and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure I wasn't embarrassed with my lack of understanding of phone technology !

Called to see what was needed to change my account to a business account before i come to the atore and was told to go to my verizon on line and I could do it myself. I explained i was coming in the store so they could do it and she kept insisting she would walk me thru it online. Very lazy. I thought it was their job not mine.
