- BBBerry BrushJan 28, 20261.0Absolute worst service ever. I bought the phone two weeks ago from this store. Phone gets hot and shuts down. Phone had a couple of wear marks from being in the console of my truck. Store manager said it had been dropped multiple times and couldn't be warrantied. It literally had two wear marks from vibration. Its a military grade phone. Corporate said retail stores DO NOT have to warranty what they sell. They said a corporate store will warranty my phone. Keep that in mind before you buy from a retail store. They will not stand behind their product. Always buy from a corporate store. Again, if you buy from this store DO NOT plan on having a warranty.
